Counselling

Counselling is offered to individuals and families in our office in Bowral, and also via Zoom or phone. We can offer home visits to those who are in care facilities or unable to access our office. Clients do not require a Mental Health Plan or referral. Self-referral is encouraged.

Youth Grief Booklet

Young people grieve too and their needs can often be overlooked and misunderstood. This booklet has been produced in consultation with young people in our community and is a valuable resource for schools, hospitals, counsellors, psychologists, social workers, community groups and families.
